Information on the site
We take care to keep pages, menus, photos and descriptions accurate, but they are a general guide. Menus, availability, dish composition, decor designs and photographed setups vary with the event, the season, the venue and ingredient supply. Photographs show examples of our work and are not a guarantee that your event will look identical. Nothing on the site is a price list; prices are given only in a written quotation.
Enquiries are not bookings
Sending an enquiry through the form, WhatsApp, email or phone does not create a booking and does not reserve a date. A booking exists only when you have accepted a written quotation from us and paid the advance stated on it, and we have confirmed in writing. Until then, a date may be offered to another customer.
Quotations, payment and GST
- Quotations are itemised and valid for the period stated on them.
- The advance, the balance schedule, taxes (including GST where applicable) and any charges for travel, extra hours or changes are set out in the quotation.
- Changes you request after acceptance, including changes to guest count, menu or timings, may change the price. We will confirm any change in writing.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, date-change and refund terms for a booking are stated in your quotation. If the venue restricts our access or facilities, the quotation may need to change.
Food safety and allergies
Tell us about allergies and dietary requirements when you enquire and again when you confirm the menu. Our kitchens handle many ingredients, so we cannot promise that any dish is free of a particular allergen unless we have agreed that with you in writing.
Our content
The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to Mubarak Events or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site for personal use. You may not copy or reuse our photographs or text for a commercial purpose without our written permission.
Reviews and testimonials
We publish customer testimonials only with the customer’s permission, and we do not publish invented reviews or ratings.
Links and maps
The site links to services run by others, such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limits of our responsibility
