Wedding mandap
A pillared mandap with fabric canopy, florals or hanging strands, seating for the couple, and clear space for the ritual. Styles run from traditional marigold and brass to modern ivory and gold.
Decor & LED
Wedding mandaps, nikah stages and reception backdrops built to your hall and your colour scheme.
Decor
Mandap decoration in Hyderabad covers more than one tradition under one roof. A Hindu wedding needs a mandap built for the ritual, with pillars, a canopy and space for the priest and family. A nikah needs a composed, dignified stage where the couple and elders sit. A reception needs a wider, brighter platform with seating for the couple and room for a long line of photographs.
We design the structure, fabric, flowers and lighting as one piece, then build it to your hall's actual stage size rather than a catalogue size. We work from the hall's photographs and measurements, and visit when the hall is large or complicated.
Because the same team handles food and decor, the stage and the catering are planned against the same timetable. The stage is ready before the first guest arrives, not fighting the buffet for floor space. Flowers are a large part of most stages, so see floral decor, and if you want a lit backdrop, see LED counters and stalls.

How we plan it
Read from the top: the ceremony is the one thing that cannot move, so everything else is fixed around it.

A pillared mandap with fabric canopy, florals or hanging strands, seating for the couple, and clear space for the ritual. Styles run from traditional marigold and brass to modern ivory and gold.

A calm, uncluttered stage with a floral drape or fabric backdrop and comfortable seating for the couple and elders. The focus is dignity and good photographs, not clutter.

A wider platform with a sofa or thrones, floral edging and a backdrop, often an LED wall carrying the couple's names. Lit for a long photograph queue.

A smaller stage or arch for ring exchange and family photographs, with a performance-friendly space if there is a sangeet.
Most mandap and wedding stage decoration in Hyderabad happens in halls with fixed stages. We work to the hall's dimensions and coordinate access with the manager.
Open-air stages need a canopy and weather protection. We plan structure and lighting for the site, including farmhouse venues toward Shamirpet and Kompally.
Timed ceremonies need the stage finished well ahead of the hour. We agree the setup window with your venue and work back from the muhurtham or nikah time.
Evening functions bring the stage under full lighting and heavy photography, so finish quality and lighting matter as much as the structure.
Pricing
A simple draped stage and a multi-pillar canopy mandap take very different materials and crew time.
Fresh flowers add cost and a tight timeline; fabric and artificial accents hold cost steadier.
Larger platforms and taller backdrops need more material and labour.
An LED wall, spotlights or colour lighting are priced on top of the physical structure.
Floor level, lift access and the time we are allowed in the hall change crew hours.
Muhurtham-season dates and weekend evenings are in demand, which affects availability.
Pairs well with

Fresh and mixed floral work for entrances, stages, cars and tables.

Lit food counters, backdrop walls, branded stalls and entry pathways.

Complete wedding planning, nikah to walima and muhurtham to reception.
Questions
Yes. Share the colours, outfits or a reference photo and we build a design around them, then confirm materials and layout before the day.
Yes. We build both, and the two are designed differently: a mandap is built around a ritual, a nikah stage around a calm seating arrangement.
Hall rules vary, and some require their own decorators or charge a fee. Check with the venue before booking. Once you confirm, we coordinate access and timing with the hall manager.
As soon as you have the date and venue. Muhurtham-season dates and weekend evenings tend to go first. Send the date and hall on WhatsApp and we confirm availability.
