Mubarak Events is an event management company in Hyderabad that runs the food, the decor and the LED setups for your event as one job. Most planners coordinate other vendors and hand you a list of phone numbers. We cook in our own kitchens, build the stage ourselves and staff the service, so there is one plan and one person to call.
That covers weddings in every tradition, receptions and engagements, birthdays and anniversaries, corporate events, and the religious functions that families plan around prayer and muhurtham times. You can hire us for a whole event or only the parts you need, such as catering with stage and mandap decor, or a lit backdrop from LED counters and stalls. Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests are coming, and we will take it from there, one question at a time.

Where we plan events
We plan events across Hyderabad and Secunderabad, from function halls in Kukatpally, Ameerpet and Begumpet and banquet rooms around Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills, to convention centres in Gachibowli and Hitec City, and lawns and farmhouses toward Medchal, Kompally and Shamirpet. We also work across Telangana, and distance is part of the quote.
Every venue has its own rules on access, cooking and outside vendors. We check them with the hall manager early, so there are no surprises on the morning of your event.

Step 1: Tell us the date
Send us the date, the venue, the kind of event and roughly how many guests are coming, on WhatsApp or through the form.
Step 2: Plan and quote
We ask the questions that shape the plan, suggest a menu and setup, and send an itemised quote.
Step 3: Confirm and prepare
Once you confirm, we fix the schedule, coordinate with your venue and prepare the kitchen, decor and staff.
Step 4: We run the day
Our team sets up, serves and clears, with a supervisor on site, so you can spend the day with your guests.

What does an event management company in Hyderabad actually do?
It plans and runs your event so you do not have to. For us that means planning the schedule, cooking and serving the food, building the stage and decor, setting up LED counters, coordinating with the venue and supervising the day on site, so your family can spend the day with guests instead of managing vendors.
Can I hire you for only part of an event?
Yes. You can book the full event or only the parts you need, such as catering with stage decor, or an LED counter for a launch. Each page shows the options, and we are happy to combine them, for example catering from one page with a stage from another.
Do you plan both nikah and Hindu ceremonies?
Yes. We plan nikah and walima as well as shaadi and muhurtham weddings. The stage, menu, timing and seating differ, and we plan around how your family does it.
How early should I contact you?
As soon as you have a date and a venue. Muhurtham-season and weekend dates go first, and larger events need more planning time. Short-notice events are possible, so send the date and we tell you honestly what we can do. The earlier we hear, the more choice you have on menu, decor and crew.
Do you work outside Hyderabad?
Yes, across Hyderabad, Secunderabad and Telangana. Distance from the city is factored into the quote, so tell us the venue. For farmhouse and lawn venues we also plan power, canopy and weather cover as part of the setup.
Do you publish event prices?
We do not publish flat rates, because the price depends on guest count, menu, decor scope and venue. Send the date, venue and guest count and we reply with an itemised quote, usually within two hours between 9am and 9pm.
