LED Stalls for Events in Hyderabad

Lit food counters, backdrop walls, branded stalls and entry pathways for receptions, launches and exhibitions.

Decor

What an LED stall is, and why hosts ask for one

An LED stall is a counter, wall or free-standing structure where lighting is the finish. The front of a food counter glows in a colour you choose, a backdrop wall carries light across its whole surface, and a branded stall shows your name or monogram in light instead of printed vinyl. Lit from inside, it photographs well in a dim hall and gives guests somewhere to look that is not the stage.

If you have searched for LED stalls for events in Hyderabad, you will have found mostly directory listings and Instagram reels with no sizes, no power details and no one to ask. This page is the plain version: what each setup is, where it works, what we need from the venue, and what moves the price.

We build and install these alongside our own catering and decor. That matters most for food: the LED counter that holds your live dosa station is planned with the kitchen team that will cook at it, so the worktop, the gas and the lighting are decided together rather than argued over on the day. It also means one site visit, one setup crew and one person to call. Browse the rest of our event decoration services, or see how live food counters are run.

Before the day

What arrives, what it needs, and what we ask of you

LED work is mostly a question of space, power and timing. This is the sheet we go through at the site visit, so nothing is a surprise on the day.

Four LED setups, named plainly

Most bookings use one or two of these. Dimensions are agreed at the site visit so each piece fits your space rather than the other way round.

LED food counter

A front-lit counter for live food: dosa, chaat, grill, mocktails, dessert or pan. The lit panel can be a steady colour, a slow colour change or your monogram. The worktop and shelf space are sized to the station it carries, and the top is a food-safe surface.

Best for: live counters at receptions and launches

LED backdrop wall carrying the couple's monogram behind a reception stage

LED backdrop wall

A panel wall of lit surface behind a stage, a photo corner or a buffet line. It suits a couple's names or a hashtag, an event logo, a pattern or a plain colour wash. It is built in panels, so the width follows your stage or the wall it stands against.

Best for: stages, photo corners, product reveals

Branded LED stall with a lit company name fascia at a Hyderabad exhibition

Branded LED stall

A free-standing stall for exhibitions and corporate use. A lit fascia carries your name and logo, a counter front holds samples or product, and shelving sits behind. We design it around your brand colours and deliver it ready for your team to work from.

Best for: exhibitions, college fests, corporate stalls

LED pathway lights and a lit welcome arch leading guests into a wedding hall

LED pathway and entry

Lit edge strips that guide guests from the gate to the hall, plus a lit arch or welcome frame at the door. The approach becomes part of the event, which suits receptions and evening launches where guests arrive in a stream.

Best for: receptions, evening launches, gala dinners

Where LED counters work best

The same pieces suit very different rooms. These are the setups we are asked for most.

Wedding receptions

LED counters for wedding receptions turn the live stations into part of the decor: a lit chaat or dessert counter near the stage, with a backdrop wall carrying the couple's names.

Product launches

An LED backdrop wall for a product launch gives the stage a lit brand surface that reads clearly on camera and from the back row, with a branded counter for the reveal.

Exhibitions and trade shows

An LED stall for an exhibition lifts your bay above the rows of plain shell stands. The lit fascia reads from down the aisle, which is where footfall decisions are made.

College fests

Colour-changing LED stalls for college fests and campus events give food and brand stalls a look that suits a young crowd, and they are built to be moved and reset between days.

Corporate stalls and office events

For annual days, client evenings and company stalls, a branded LED counter puts your name on the room without a stage. See our corporate event management for the full picture.

Engagements, sangeet and parties

A lit mocktail counter or monogram wall gives an engagement or sangeet night a focal point. Pair it with a reception and engagement plan if you want food and stage handled together.

Pricing

What decides the price

  • Type and number of units

A single counter, a counter plus a wall, and a full run of stalls with an entry pathway are different jobs.

  • Artwork and customisation

A plain colour wash costs less effort than a custom monogram, animated pattern or logo in exact brand colours.

  • Duration

One evening, a wedding weekend and a multi-day exhibition change the hire period and the on-site support needed.

  • Venue access and timing

Floor level or upper floor, lift or stairs, and how early we can enter the hall all affect crew time.

  • Power and backup

Venues with limited supply, or outdoor sites that need a generator feed, add to the setup.

  • Food service on the counter

If the counter is running live food, that is catering and is quoted with your menu. The LED counter itself is quoted separately.

Pairs well with

  • Four-pillar wedding mandap draped in ivory fabric and marigold garlands in a Hyderabad function hall

    Stage & Mandap Decor

Wedding mandaps, nikah stages and reception backdrops built to your hall.

  • Pastel balloon and paper-flower baby shower backdrop with a dessert table in front

    Themed Setups

Baby showers, haldi, mehendi and birthday themes designed around you.

  • Couple seated on a lit reception stage with guests at round tables in a Hyderabad banquet hall

    Reception & Engagement

Receptions, walima and engagement functions, with food and decor from one team.

Questions

Questions families ask us

How much space and power does an LED counter need?

A food counter needs the floor footprint of the station it carries plus working room for the chef, and an ordinary 230 V socket within cable reach. Backdrop walls and larger stalls need a confirmed power load, which we check at the site visit. Tell us the venue and the setup you have in mind and we will say what is needed before you commit.

Can LED stalls be used outdoors on a lawn or at a farmhouse?

Yes, with planning. Outdoor setups need covered power connections, a level shaded position and protection from rain. We discuss this at the site visit and tell you plainly if a position is unsuitable rather than installing it and hoping for dry weather.

Can you put our logo or the couple's names on the LED panel?

Yes. Send the logo or the text and spelling you want, and we confirm how it will look on the panel before the day. Custom artwork takes longer than a plain colour, so share it as early as you can.

How much does an LED counter cost in Hyderabad?

There is no flat rate, because the price depends on the type and number of units, the artwork, the hire period and the venue. Send the date, venue and setup you want on WhatsApp and we reply with an itemised quote, usually within two hours between 9am and 9pm. Book as early as you have a date: peak wedding dates fill first.
