Event decorators in Hyderabad are usually judged by the stage, but a room is more than a stage. At Mubarak Events, decor covers everything your guests see and touch: the mandap or nikah stage, the flowers at the door, the LED counters at the live stations, the themed backdrop for a baby shower, and the crockery and head table where the family eats.
Because we also cater, we design the room around the service rather than around a photograph. The buffet has space to run, the counters have power where they need it, and the stage is finished before the first guest arrives. You can book a single piece or the whole room. Decor often goes with a full reception or engagement plan, and our wedding planning can take the whole day off your hands.

Where we set up
Our crew installs across Hyderabad and Secunderabad, from function halls in Kukatpally, Ameerpet and Begumpet to convention centres in Gachibowli and Hitec City, and lawns and farmhouses toward Medchal, Kompally and Shamirpet. We also travel across Telangana, and distance is part of the quote.
Whatever the venue, we ask the same first questions: what time can we get in, where is the power, and how does the room need to work once guests arrive. Send us photographs or the hall name and we will tell you plainly what is practical, before you commit to anything.

How a decor booking works
Step 1: Share the date and venue
Send the date, the hall or address and roughly how many guests on WhatsApp or the form. Photographs of the space help.
Step 2: Design and site visit
We propose a layout and materials, visit the venue where it is large or complicated, and confirm what fits.
Step 3: Confirm and build
You approve the design and the itemised quote. We prepare the pieces and agree the access window with your venue.
Step 4: Set up and hand over
Our crew installs, a supervisor checks it, and we dismantle after the event.

Scale of the room
A single backdrop and a full hall with several zones are different amounts of material and crew time.
Materials
Fresh flowers, artificial flowers, fabric and LED each carry a different cost and lifespan.
Custom work
Monograms, logos, custom props and signage take more design and build time than standard pieces.
Venue and access
Floor level, lifts, the hours we are allowed in and distance from the city affect crew hours.
Outdoor needs
Lawns and farmhouses may need canopy, generator power and weather cover.

Questions
Questions families ask us
How far in advance should I book an event decorator in Hyderabad?
As soon as you have a date and a venue. Muhurtham-season dates and weekend evenings go first, and custom work such as monograms, large stages and themed builds needs more notice than a simple setup. Send your date on WhatsApp and we confirm what is realistic. If your date is close, say so in the first message: we will tell you honestly what can be done in the time rather than promising everything.
Can I book decor without catering?
Yes. Decor and catering can be booked together or separately. Booking them together means one site visit, one timetable and one person to call, and the layout is planned around the food service, so counters, buffet lines and the stage do not fight for the same floor space.
Does the hall allow outside decorators?
Rules vary by venue. Some halls require their own decorators or charge a fee for outside ones. Check with the hall before you book us, and once you confirm we coordinate access and timing with the manager.
Can you recreate a design I saw online?
Yes, within reason. Share the photo and we adapt it to your space and materials, and tell you plainly what can be matched closely and what needs a substitute. Reference photos are the quickest way to agree a look, because colour and mood are hard to describe in words.
Do you supply LED counters?

Do you publish decor prices?
We do not publish flat rates, because the price depends on the scale of the room, the materials, the custom work and the venue. Send the date, venue and what you have in mind and we reply with an itemised quote, usually within two hours between 9am and 9pm.
