Nikah and walima
A nikah stage, seating for elders, a menu planned for the family, and a walima reception that follows. We plan the timing around the ceremony and prayers.
Events
Nikah, walima, shaadi and muhurtham weddings planned end to end, including multi-day weekends.
Events
Wedding planners in Hyderabad are usually hired to coordinate other vendors. We work differently: we run the food, the stage and mandap decor, the florals, the LED counters and the service staff ourselves, so most of your wedding sits under one plan and one person to call. You will not have to referee between a caterer, a decorator and a lighting supplier who have never met.
That includes nikah and walima weddings as well as Hindu shaadi and muhurtham ceremonies. The traditions are different: the timing, the seating, the stage, the menu and the role of the elders all change. We plan the day around how your family does it, not around a template.
A wedding also has many moving parts around the main day: mehendi, haldi, sangeet, the ceremony and the reception. We can plan one function or the whole run of them. Start with the menu in wedding catering, the stage in stage and mandap decor, and the evening function in reception and engagement.
A planner earns their keep on the day itself. Guests arrive early or late, a ritual overruns, the hall asks for the stage to be cleared by a fixed hour. Because the kitchen, the decor crew and the service staff all report to the same plan, a change at one end is absorbed at the other. We hold a walk-through with you before the event, agree who makes which decision on the day, and share a written schedule with your family so elders and organisers know what is happening when. Start by sending the date, the venue and the functions you want help with, and we reply with questions and an itemised quote.

Nikah to walima, muhurtham to reception
Every family keeps its own order. This is the sequence we plan against, and we rearrange it to match yours.
Before the event we go through the venue with you, agree who decides what on the day, and write the schedule down for the family.
We will ask Who in the family is the one person we can reach on the day?
Lighter functions, often in the daytime or late evening. Food is snack-led, and the decor is colour-led and informal.
We will ask Which of these are you holding, and are they on the same site as the main day?
The hour is set by the prayers or the muhurtham, so we work backwards from it: the stage finished, elders seated, food ready to follow.
We will ask What is the fixed time, and how long does the hall allow us before it?
Usually the largest guest list of the weekend, with the longest photograph line. See reception and engagement for how we plan that evening.
We will ask Is it the same hall, or a second venue?

A nikah stage, seating for elders, a menu planned for the family, and a walima reception that follows. We plan the timing around the ceremony and prayers.

A mandap built for the ritual, a schedule worked back from the muhurtham, and food timed so guests are fed on time.

Mehendi, haldi, sangeet and the main ceremony planned as one weekend, with decor and food that connect across functions.

Open-air weddings need a canopy, power, weather planning and extra logistics. We plan the site, not just the stage.
Most Hyderabad weddings happen in halls, and we work to the hall's rules, access times and stage sizes.
Open venues around Shamirpet, Kompally and Medchal suit large guest lists, and need power, canopy and weather planning.
Smaller ceremonies at home need lean setups and careful timing. Tell us the space and the guest count.
We travel beyond Hyderabad and Secunderabad for weddings. Travel and distance are part of the quote.
